A small menu of five or six dishes, with a few familiar favourites and something different from time to time.
We don't cook with seed oils.
We use extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin avocado oil in our kitchen.

We keep the menu small so we can make each item properly.
Our Earthen Pantry seasonings are used throughout the food we prepare.
