Products & Availability

Many Earthen Pantry products are prepared in small batches. From time to time:

products may sell out
availability may change
packaging or presentation may vary slightly.

We take care to ensure product descriptions, information and images are accurate.

As food products are made from agricultural ingredients and prepared in batches, some natural variation in colour, texture or appearance may occur. Any product supplied will remain consistent with its description and required food information.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout before payment is completed.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

In some circumstances we may be unable to fulfil an order, including where:

payment cannot be processed
fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected
a product becomes unavailable
an obvious pricing or website error has occurred.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the affected order or product.

Food & Allergen Information

Ingredient and allergen information is provided on our product packaging and, where applicable, on our website.

Our kitchen and supply chain handle a range of ingredients and allergens, and some products may carry precautionary allergen statements.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance and require clarification about a product before ordering, please contact us.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
